The agreement between you and Faceless Fortune when you buy or use this site, in plain English.

The products
Faceless Fortune sells digital downloads: educational PDF guides about building a faceless Instagram account, sold on their own or as a bundle. Nothing physical is shipped. After payment, your download is available on the confirmation page. Download it promptly and keep your own copy somewhere safe.
All sales are final
Because these are digital products that you receive in full the moment you pay, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. This is stated on the sales page before you buy, and buying means you accept it. If a file arrives corrupted or a download link fails, message us and we will fix the delivery. That is a delivery problem, not a refund.
Your license
Buying a product gives you a personal license to read it and use what it teaches in your own projects. It does not give you ownership of the files. You may not:
- Copy, share, forward, or give the files to anyone else.
- Post or upload the files anywhere public.
- Resell the files, or pass them on with resale or private label rights. No such rights come with your purchase.
Educational content, no guarantees
Our products are educational. They teach a method; they do not promise an outcome. We make no guarantee of income, followers, sales, or any specific result. What you build depends on your effort, your niche, and a platform we do not control. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. So are we, but this is the honest version.
Who can buy
You must be 18 or older to purchase. By buying, you confirm that you are.
Acceptable use
Use this site lawfully and as intended. Do not attempt to access downloads you have not paid for, disrupt the site, or misrepresent our products as your own.
Intellectual property
The Faceless Fortune name, branding, page design, and written material on this site belong to Faceless Fortune, except where content is used under license from third parties. Nothing on this site transfers any of those rights to you beyond the personal license above.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost income or missed opportunities, arising from using or being unable to use a product or this site. If a law in your area does not allow a limit like this, that law applies instead.
Governing law
Faceless Fortune is operated by PLNTR LLC, a Utah company. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies. Changes do not retroactively alter a purchase you already completed at an earlier price.
