What we collect, why, and who handles it, in plain English.

Faceless Fortune is operated by PLNTR LLC, a Utah company.
What we collect
We keep this list short on purpose.
- Your email address, if you sign up for the free sampler or buy a product. At checkout, Stripe also collects your name and payment details to process the payment.
- Your order details: which product you bought and when, so we can help if something goes wrong with a download.
- Basic technical information that any website receives when you visit, such as your browser type and the pages you opened. Our host, Cloudflare, processes this to run and protect the site.
Your card number goes directly to Stripe. We never see it or store it.
How we use it
- To send you the free sampler you asked for.
- To deliver your purchase and help with download problems.
- To send occasional emails about Faceless Fortune: new products, useful tips, and updates. That is the deal when you sign up, and you can leave at any time.
- To reply when you message us.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who processes it
A few established services run the back end for us. Each one handles your information under its own privacy policy:
- Systeme.io stores our email list and sends our emails.
- Stripe processes all payments.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site. When a page loads, Google may receive your IP address as part of delivering the font files.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising pixels, or trackers. We genuinely do not know who you are when you browse here. Checkout happens on Stripe's own pages, which are covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
Unsubscribing and deleting your information
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you will not hear from us again.
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have your email address deleted from our list entirely, message us on Instagram at @facelessfortunetoday and we will take care of it. Payment records held by Stripe are kept by Stripe under its own policies, which we cannot delete.
Children
Faceless Fortune is made for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, message us and we will remove the address.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. When a change affects email subscribers in a meaningful way, we will mention it in an email.
